Kathryn Richardson brings more than 25 years of leadership across the home, textile, manufacturing, and retail industries. Her career includes experience with brands and companies such as Laura Ashley, Williams-Sonoma, Schumacher/ Waverly, Revman Industries, Swing, Libeco, and Verellen, where she built deep expertise across sales, sourcing, merchandising, operations, strategic growth, and market development.
That breadth of experience gives Kathryn a rare perspective.
She understands how strong brands are built from multiple angles: product, people, positioning, partnerships, and the internal structure required to support lasting growth.
Her work today brings those insights together to help businesses in the home industry move forward with greater clarity, stronger alignment, and a more disciplined path to growth.
Kathryn is also a respected industry leader and advocate. She has served in leadership roles with the International Textile Alliance, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Board Member, and is also a past President of the Sustainable Furnishings Council.
